Paul Obameso
Paul Obameso, our team lead is a seasoned facility manager who has sucessfully coordinated maintanance operations on numerous occasions for both public and private sector clients. He has hands-on experience in various core areas of facility management. He is a certified facility manager (CFM) a credential issued by International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Registered Estate Surveyor and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Instiute of Estate Surveyors and Values (NIESV). He has also trained and been in close relationship with resource people in the industry. He developed and operated an FM product "MAINTANANCE INSURANCE": a project arrangement with clients where he manage/service their building service components on a retainer. His competencies are in the area of FM,Total Quality Management, Cuatomer Service, Negotiation,Time Management and Team Work
Abosede Paul-Obameso
Abosede Paul-Obameso is a Management Consultant with 22 years of proven experience in the area of change management, business process review, process re-engineering process and system design and implementation, organization structure, review and redesign, job evaluation and row defination, workforce/manpower accessement, manning analysis and skill gap accessement as well as system advisory for various public and private sector clients in Nigeria. She has extensive project management skills, acquired from various local and of-shore training and from hands-on experience participating in various clients project across varied industries. She is an adept facilitator who has facilitated various trainings and worskshop.At ZEMLINK, she's incharge of the client-facing end of the business relationship and support management to define the scope of engagement with individual clients. She also manages the management consultig arm of ZEMLINK in conjuction with the ZEMLINK Advisory team

Temitope Shaba is a 21st century business solution consultant with an enviable track record in business process engineering. The skills and expertise he brings to the company are informed by the demands ok knowldge economy where interllectual capital determines who leads a particular industry. He has a Bachelor of Acts degree in English Studies and Masters' degree in peace and conflicts studies from Obafemi Awolowo University and University of Ibadan respectively. He has over 20 years' experiencein the development sector with core competencies in project management, governance, policy analysis and engagement, constitutional and electoral reform, and business analysis. He his a conference speaker, facilitator, and a professional Conflict Manager. He has attended several courses within and outside Nigeria
